Share information

Nelly Group has two classes of shares. The total number of shares and votes is 30,567,388, of which 30,129,399 are ordinary shares and 437,989 are Class C shares. Each ordinary share and Class C share entitles the holder to one vote.

The Class C shares are owned by Nelly Group and are not entitled to dividends and may not be represented at the general meeting.
