    Nelly has entered into Nordic partnership with Campadre and has simultaneously entered into agreement to sell

    Qliro Group´s business area Nelly has decided to operate shopping club sales in the Nordic countries through a cooperation with Campadre Scandinavia AB. In addition, Campadre becomes a partner to Qliro Financial Services regarding payment solutions in the Nordics. As part of the agreement, the assets in the shopping club will be divested to Campadre for an initial upfront consideration of about SEK 10 million plus an additional conditional deferred consideration of up to SEK 4.2 million.

Its members can every day enjoy new e-commerce offers of selected brand products and services such as fashion apparel, sporting goods, furnishings and beauty products.

    Campadre is expected to take over the assets in during the summer. For Qliro Group, the transaction is expected to generate a positive initial earnings impact of about SEK 5 to 7 million. Apart from the direct impact of the transaction, the divestment of is expected to have limited financial impact on Qliro Group.

    Campadre is the Nordic region's first and largest shopping club online with 1.5 million members. Campadre sells unique offers from exclusive brands in fashion, home and interior design and other lifestyle products – but only to its members. The company was a pioneer in the Nordic market when it was founded in 2009 by Pelle Törnberg, Mikael Solberg and Torsten Jansson.
