On January 5, 2016, Qliro Group announced that the Tax Administration re-assessed CDON Alandia’s taxation for the fiscal year 2012. CDON Alandia appealed the decision to the Helsinki Administrative Court during the first quarter of 2016.
The full amount has already been paid to the Finnish authorities in 2017 or earlier. The decision of the Administrative Court is not expected to have any further negative impact on Qliro Group's cash flow.
